Federal Tobacco 21 Law

On December 20, 2019, the federal minimum age to purchase tobacco and nicotine products in the United States was raised to 21 years of age. This law — commonly referred to as "Tobacco 21" — applies to all tobacco and nicotine products including disposable vapes, e-cigarettes, and e-hookah devices.

Kang Vape Disposable is fully compliant with this federal law. We do not process, approve, or ship any order placed by a person under the age of 21, regardless of the laws in their individual state.

Age Verification at Checkout

All customers are required to verify their age before completing a purchase on kangvapedisposable.com. During checkout, you will be asked to confirm your date of birth and agree that you are 21 years of age or older.

Orders may be subject to additional third-party age verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction. A full refund will be issued for any order cancelled due to failed age verification.

Zero Tolerance for Underage Sales

Kang Vape Disposable has a zero-tolerance policy for the sale of nicotine products to minors. We take the following steps to prevent underage access:

• Age confirmation is required at checkout on every order
• All orders are reviewed and may be flagged for manual age verification
• We do not market our products on platforms primarily used by minors
• Our website content, imagery, and advertising is designed exclusively for adult audiences
• Any order suspected of being placed by or for a minor will be cancelled immediately

Responsible Use & Adult Supervision

If you are a legal purchaser of Kang Vape products, it is your responsibility to ensure that the products you purchase are not made accessible to anyone under the age of 21. Keep all vaping devices and e-liquid out of reach of children and teenagers.

Nicotine products can be harmful to developing brains. Exposure of nicotine products to minors — whether intentional or accidental — is something we take extremely seriously.

State & Local Laws

In addition to the federal Tobacco 21 law, individual states and municipalities may have additional regulations governing the sale, distribution, and use of vaping and nicotine products. It is your responsibility as a buyer to ensure compliance with all applicable laws in your state and local jurisdiction.

Kang Vape Disposable reserves the right to restrict sales to certain states or regions where local regulations prohibit the sale of our products.
